• Upload nudity, sexually explicit content involving real persons, or content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts.

4. User Content & Ownership

• Your Content: You retain rights to content you upload or generate.
• Your Representations and Warranties: When you upload any image, video, audio, or other content to the Services, you represent and warrant that:
• (a) You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to upload and process it;
• (b) Any individual identifiable in the content (including their face, voice, or other personal likeness) has provided explicit, informed consent to such use;
• (c) The content does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or biometric rights;
• (d) The content does not contain nudity, biometric data of non-consenting individuals, or non-consensual deepfakes.
• License to Us: You grant freebeat.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process content to operate the Services.
• AI Training: We may use anonymized data to improve AI models (opt-out available).
• Content Moderation: You acknowledge that uploaded content may be subject to automated and manual screening for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. freebeat.ai reserves the right to remove, block, or quarantine content that violates this Section, and to suspend accounts for repeated violations.

• No Guarantees: Outputs may contain errors, biases, or unintended content. Use at your own risk.

• Free Tier: 500 non-expiring credits for non-commercial use.
• Pro Tier: Monthly credits. Unused credits expire.

7. Refund Policy

• AI Results: AI-generated content may be unstable, random, or inconsistent, and results are not guaranteed. Refunds are not provided solely due to dissatisfaction with generated results.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not supported for any products or plans.
• Subscriptions: Only completely unused and unexpired subscriptions (including monthly and annual plans) are eligible for a full refund.
• Credits: Credit packs are non-refundable, regardless of whether they are partially or fully used, and cannot be withdrawn, deducted, or returned once purchased.
• Refund Requests: To request a refund, please email support@freebeat.ai with your registered email, payment receipt or transaction screenshot, and purchased product details.
• Additional Notes: Free trials, free credits, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for refunds. We may update this refund policy from time to time, and changes will apply to current and future purchases.

• (a) Your uploaded media, prompts, and inputs will be transmitted to the relevant third-party providers for processing;
• (b) Such providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review;
• (c) freebeat.ai is not responsible for the availability, performance, latency, or output quality of third-party models, which may experience high demand and slower processing times;
• (d) You must comply with both these Terms and the applicable provider's terms.

11. Limitation of Liabilities

Except where prohibited by law, freebeat.ai, its affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., profit loss, data loss).
