- Violate laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).

You may report videos, profiles, comments, or other content that you believe violates these Terms or applicable law, using the in-app report control or by contacting support@freebeat.ai. When you report, identify the content and its location, and explain why you believe it violates these Terms or the law.

You agree to submit reports truthfully and in good faith. You must not use reporting to harass, retaliate, or interfere with another user’s lawful use of the Services. We may take action against accounts that submit false, abusive, or repeated bad-faith reports.

You may block another user so that their profile, videos, comments, or messages are hidden from your view, as the product then allows. Blocking is your personal setting. It does not, by itself, mean we have suspended or terminated the other account.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor the Services or review any report. We have sole discretion in whether and how to act, including to remove, restrict, or disable content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; refuse generation; or notify and cooperate with competent authorities. We are not obligated to notify you of the outcome of a report, except where required by law.

- **Your Content**: You retain rights to content you upload or generate.

- **License to Us**: You grant freebeat.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process content to operate the Services.

- **AI Training**: We may use anonymized data to improve AI models (opt-out available).

- **No Guarantees**: Outputs may contain errors, biases, or unintended content. Use at your own risk.

- **Compliance**: You are responsible for ensuring AI outputs comply with laws (e.g., copyright, EU AI Act).

- **Free**: 500 non-expiring credits for non-commercial use.

- **Basic**: Weekly credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.

- **Pro**: Monthly or yearly credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.

- **Ultimate**: Monthly or yearly credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.

- **Creator**: Monthly or yearly credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period.

- **Auto-renewal**: Paid subscriptions (including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans) automatically renew at the end of each billing period for another period of the same duration, at the then-current price shown at checkout or on the Pricing page, until you cancel. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Freebeat (or our payment processor, such as Stripe) to charge the payment method on file now and again at the start of each renewal period, without obtaining a further charge authorization from you for each renewal.

- **How to avoid the next charge**: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the current period ends, using the steps in Section 6A. We do not send a separate reminder before each renewal charge. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid; the subscription will not renew after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused remainder of a paid period, except where required by law.

- **Price changes**: We may change subscription prices. A price increase does not change the price of your current period and takes effect only at the next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal.

To cancel a website subscription, sign in to freebeat.ai and open the Pricing page (/pricing). If **Cancel auto-renew** appears, select it and complete the cancellation flow shown there.

You can also cancel from Profile. Open Profile (/music-video-generator/profile), select **Manage Plan & Billing** to open Billing (/music-video-generator/profile/billing), then select **View subscription details.** and choose **Cancel Subscription**.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Cancel in the store’s subscription settings. Freebeat cannot cancel or refund those purchases directly.

If the cancellation option is still unavailable, hidden, or blocked by a failed payment, past-due invoice, pending billing action, or portal issue, please contact us via email at support@freebeat.ai or call us at +1 646 844 1598. We will help cancel the subscription or stop further renewals.

- AI Results: AI-generated content may be unstable, random, or inconsistent, and results are not guaranteed. Refunds are not provided solely due to dissatisfaction with generated results.

- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not supported for any products or plans.

- Subscriptions: Only completely unused and unexpired subscriptions (including monthly and annual plans) are eligible for a full refund.

- Credits: Credit packs are non-refundable, regardless of whether they are partially or fully used, and cannot be withdrawn, deducted, or returned once purchased.

- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please email support@freebeat.ai with your registered email, payment receipt or transaction screenshot, and purchased product details.

- Additional Notes: Free trials, free credits, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for refunds. We may update this refund policy from time to time, and changes will apply to current and future purchases.

- **Your Rights**: You own content created using the Services.

- **Our Rights**: freebeat.ai owns the platform, algorithms, and interfaces.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, including based on user reports or our own review, for:

- Violations of these Terms.

- Fraudulent activity.

- Legal/regulatory compliance.

- **As-Is Basis**: Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

- **Third-Party Tools**: Integrated models (e.g., Stable Diffusion) follow their own terms.

Except where prohibited by law, freebeat.ai, its affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., profit loss, data loss).

- Claims exceeding $100 USD or fees paid in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).

Some jurisdictions prohibit liability limitations. These terms may not apply fully to you.

You agree to indemnify freebeat.ai, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against:

- Third-party claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services.

- Violations of these Terms or third-party rights.

Sections 10 (Limitation of Liabilities) and 11 (Indemnity) apply independently, even if remedies fail. These cover claims based on:

i. Breach of contract or warranty.

ii. Tort (negligence, misrepresentation).

iii. Strict liability.

Feedback submitted to freebeat.ai is **non-confidential**. We may use it without compensation.

We may suspend/terminate your access without notice for:

i. Law enforcement or government requests.

ii. Voluntary account deactivation.

iii. Technical or operational issues.

iv. Security risks.

No liability applies if access is revoked due to your breach.

- **Governing Law**: New York law (excluding conflict of laws).

- **Dispute Resolution**: - First attempt amicable negotiation. - Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in New York, NY (English language).

i. **Entire Agreement**: Supersedes all prior agreements.

ii. **Waiver**: Failure to enforce a term ≠ waiver.
